Jorge Prado is still in "sweeping" mode and gets the win in the three races held this weekend in Sardegna (Sardinia) in the third round of the MXGP World Championship. The victories in the RAM RACE Qualifier held on Saturday, and the two races disputed on Sunday, place the Spanish rider with a slightly greater advantage than the one he had before the start of this race.

Although Prado has won everything he has contested in Sardinia, in all three races he has been followed by Tim Gajser who has been second in all of them and Jeffrey Herlings who has also been third in all the races contested, so the advantage is for Prado but his two most direct rivals at the beginning of this season, they do not give up and are 17 points behind Gajser and 49 points behind Herlings, the latter further away by some "strange" race in Argentina and Madrid.

Jorge keeps the red plate and is already waiting for his rivals in the next round in Trentino on April 14th.

For her part, Daniela got two second places after the Dutch rider Lotte Van Drunen, who won both races, managing to snatch the red plate from Daniela, although both tied on points and with an advantage for the Yamaha rider for having won in the last race.

The next round of the Women's World Cup will be on May 12 in Lugo, again in Spain.
